Nextline Refund Policy

I. Money-Back Guarantee Rules (Strict Conditional Refunds)

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, Nextline provides telecommunication resources (Virtual Numbers and eSIMs). Because these are unique digital assets that incur immediate costs upon allocation, our "Money-Back Guarantee" is strictly limited to cases of Technical Failure.

You are eligible to receive a refund ONLY if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Contact Timeframe: You must contact our support team at support@nextline.me within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Proof of Technical Defect: You must clearly demonstrate that the Nextline Service was technically defective or failed to provide the promised connectivity (e.g., the virtual number was completely inactive, or the eSIM could not connect to local networks).
  • Cooperation: You must provide necessary evidence (such as device setting screenshots) and cooperate with our technical team's troubleshooting steps.

Important statement. Please note that only the fulfillment of the technical failure requirements above allows you to receive a refund. For the sake of clarity, "Zero Usage" (not using the assigned number or data) does not qualify for a refund because the digital asset has already been provisioned to your account.

II. Non-Refundable Scenarios (General Rules)

We value your feedback and strive for excellence. However, due to the nature of digital telecommunication assets, the fees you have paid are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable if they fall outside the Technical Failure conditions. The following scenarios are strictly excluded from any refund:

  • "Zero Usage" / Unused Services: Claiming that you did not use the virtual number, credits, or eSIM data. Once a number or eSIM is generated and allocated to your account, the delivery of the digital service is considered complete.
  • Accidental Purchases: Any unintended purchases, including acquiring a secondary virtual number, duplicate service, or subscription. Once the digital asset is generated and linked to your account, it is strictly non-refundable regardless of usage.
  • Subscription Auto-Renewals: Forgetting to cancel your trial or active subscription before the renewal date. You must manage cancellations directly within your App Store account settings.
  • Third-Party Platform Bans: Inability to verify accounts on third-party apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) due to those platforms' own independent security algorithms or bans, provided the Nextline number is successfully receiving SMS.

Note for residents of certain US states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Note for EU residents (Immediate Supply & Loss of Withdrawal Right): If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from contracts for services within 14 days. However, by explicitly proceeding with the purchase of Nextline's digital content (Virtual Numbers, SMS/Calling Credits, or eSIMs), you expressly consent to the immediate supply and allocation of these digital assets to your account. You acknowledge and agree that upon this immediate delivery, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund based on a "change of mind" or "unused service."

III. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Where your right of withdrawal has not been lost (as explicitly stated in Section II), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you enter into the contract. To exercise this right, you must inform us unequivocally via email:
